THE ROLE
As a Senior Agentic AI Engineer, you will take ownership of building and delivering production-grade AI agents within a leading fintech environment.
Working alongside engineering teams and external partners, you will tackle complex technical challenges using LLMs, agent orchestration frameworks and modern AI technologies.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Design and build complex AI agent workflows using LLMs, RAG, tool calling and orchestration.
- Integrate AI agents with APIs, data sources and existing platforms.
- Lead technical architecture and solution design.
- Take ownership of development, testing and production deployment.
- Develop evaluation and monitoring frameworks to ensure agent reliability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and optimise AI agents in production.
- Contribute to engineering standards, technical decisions and best practices.
THE REQUIREMENTS
- 7+ years’ experience in Software Engineering, AI/ML Engineering or a related field.
- Strong Python development skills.
- Proven experience building and deploying agentic AI solutions.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, LangGraph, CrewAI or similar frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering and tool calling.
- Experience with agent orchestration, REST APIs and system integrations.
- Strong AWS, Docker and CI/CD experience.
- Experience with AI testing, monitoring and production deployment.
- Experience with MCP, C#/.NET and SQL would be advantageous.
