How do I know whether I need Lead, Build or Scale?
It usually comes down to what you’re solving for. A senior or hard-to-find hire points to Lead. Specialist expertise for a project or a busy period points to Build. Can you help with more than one of these at the same time?
Yes. Growth rarely arrives in neat categories. It’s common to be hiring a leader, bringing in specialist capability and building a team all at once, and we work across all three so it’s one conversation rather than three suppliers.
