Acuity Consultants are currently looking for a Risk Agent (Italian Speaking) for the Cape Town office of a global financial software company, who focus on online payments and risk systems. Within this role you will be responsible for providing risk screening and customer service.
All duties will be performed with accordance to critical SLA. You will be responsible for translation of documentation from English to Italian and vice versa. Furthermore, you will conduct risk calls, complete assesments, block users, asses profiles and take action on fraud trends.
The ideal candidate must be fluent in Italian and English!
To be considered for this role you must have:
• A certificate in Risk Screening
• 3 years risk experience in a risk-related industry
• Exposure to investigations
• Exposure to banking risk processes
• MS Office and Internet litterate
