Fantastic Opportunity for a IT VENDOR RELATIONSHIP MANAGER to build, manage & maintain all KEY strategic relationships with a multitude of Offshore & Onshore IT Vendors and Suppliers. You specifically will be managing the overall relationship with the OFFSHORE INVESTMENT PLATFORM VENDOR.
You will be responsible for 3 main functions – Stakeholder Management & Relationship Building, Contract management & Negotiations for all new and existing suppliers as well as streamlining OPERATIONAL processes for efficient issue resolution. You will have the chance to be highly influential , creating these process from scratch & implementing them so that you can manage this department moving forward.
Based in CAPE TOWN, this IT VENDOR RELATIONSHIP MANAGER role is paying R750K – R900K P/A.
Recently crowned as the TOP Investment & Asset Manager in Africa, this Market – Leader offers a wide range of individual, adviser & institutional investment solutions and in order to create an integrated product offering for their current clients, they are in the process of opening up a BRAND NEW RETAIL INVESTMENT (LISP) Business that will eventually merge with their existing LISP business.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Relevant Degree & Post-Grad Qualification (going to be preferred)
• Excellent Service Delivery Management experience – SLA’s, Vendor Management, Relationships Management etc
• Solid Contract Management experience – ability to understand & interpret them as well as negotiate them should you need to
• Financial Services experience is a non-neg, Asset/Investment Management experience would be a massive advantage
