Based in CENTURION this CATEGORY SOLUTIONS ANALYST/DATA ANALYST position offers a salary of R480K – R580K/annum.

THE ROLE:
As a CATEGORY ANALYST / DATA ANALYST you will join an exceptional team who work with the Suppliers (FMCG) of massive Retailers. The role is both Client-facing and Technically hands-on; you will translate business objectives into Analytical Solutions, manage that analysis and report your findings back to Senior Level Executives.
You will receive extensive training in Strategy Implementation, Technical innovation and Data Solution design. You will manage end-to-end Insight Projects and also help train more Junior Data Analysts.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Experience as a DATA ANALYST / CATEGORY ANALYST with RETAIL / FMCG Data experience.
A relationship-builder who enjoys presenting analytical findings to a commercial audience.
Category Management or Consumer Insight experience.
Data Analysis ability, ideally with data modeling experience.
Experience gained client-side or agency-side or consultancy-side is relevant.
A strong desire to learn and be part of a Global Leader.
Curious nature and always questioning the status-quo.
Technical data analysis skills – Advanced Excel.
If you have experience of Retail Price & Promotions this will be the cherry-on-top, but not essential.
