Excellent opportunity for a CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE(CX) MANAGER to take the lead and BECOME the HEAD OF CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE for a NEW RETAIL INVESTMENT Business that is currently being launched by this LEADING Asset & Investment Manager.
YOU will be responsible for TRANSFORMING the end-to-end CUSTOMER EXPEIRENCE STRATEGY of the current RETAIL INVESTMENT Business, driving through customer-centric ideology’s, leading the optimisation of the CUSTOMERS EXPERIENCE STRATEGY and introducing ANALYTICAL tools to monitor and measure all customer services levels.
Once you have TRANSFORMED the current business, you will then set your sights on creating & implementing an entirely NEW CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE STRATEGY for the NEW RETAIL INVESTMENT BUSINESS that is currently being launched.
Based in Johannesburg this HEAD OF CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE role is paying R1.1Mil P/Annum
• Strong background in Customer Experience and delivering Customer Improvements within the Investments, Wealth Management & Asset Management sector.
• Willingness to challenge service delivery from a customer perspective
• Good data analytics experience – ability to put measures in place in order to measure different data sets.
• Good Investment product technical knowledge.
• Solid experience working in an environment that is known for great customer experience.
